This place is exactly what you expect from a restaurant and tavern and they execute it very well. It is a smoothly run operation. The food looked good, was delicious, arrived quickly, and was reasonably priced. Other dishes that we saw being delivered all looked good too. If I lived in the area, I would come back frequently to sample many other options that looked good on the menu. The specials also sounded great which gives me the impression that the chef is creative and enjoys what he or she does. I thought at least some of the drinks were a bit pricey but the have a rotating special for $6 and certain nights with deals (one was Margarita Mondays $5 margaritas I think). The place has a cool ambiance with canoe related decor, high ceilings with exposed large timber beam construction. Everything was clean too.
