Mindful Flow Yoga in the Garden at The Fells: Session I
Join Meghan MacLean of Crescent Moon Wellness and Yoga for a practice in mindful movement. This peaceful and slow flowing vinyasa class emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Attend practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, or both days.
