Guided Imagery Meditation and Journaling
Embark on a journey of well-being through the practice of mindfulness, guided imagery, and journaling.
This class will explore the benefits of guided imagery meditation and journaling backed by science. Discover how this practice can optimize your well-being, from stress reduction to enhanced creativity. Some of the common benefits include: Decreased stress and anxiety, Pain reduction, Improved sleep patterns, Increased self-awareness, Enhanced creativity, Improved problem-solving skills, Mood elevation. This 4-week session will be taught by Clare Persson and held in the Laconia Public Library’s auditorium. Sign up is required. Classes will meet on Fridays in May from 11am-12pm. Class dates are: 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/24.
