Suna Restaurant: Cannonball Wine Dinner

This exclusive wine event features Ondine Chattan, Head Winemaker of Cannonball Wine Company. Founded in 2006 by a dynamic team of wine industry veterans who were determined to rock the wine world. After their flagship wine, the Cannonball Cabernet, established a solid reputation, the team expanded to offer Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.

As the Water Goddess and Head Winemaker from Cannonball Wine Company, Ondine Chattan is a passionate Sonoma County winemaker with experience ranging from cult boutique producers to notable household name brands. Her love of the diversity of Sonoma and California at large fuels her enthusiasm for making a range of varietals from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet.

This event includes a four-course, tapas style menu beginning at 6:00pm. Tickets are $55.00 per person, all-inclusive.

O Steaks & Seafood, Laconia: Benton-Lane Winery Dinner

This exclusive wine event features Michael Hammond, Head Winemaker of Benton-Lane Winery. Benton-Lane is a family-owned winery and vineyard located in the tenderloin of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. On their historic sheep ranch, Steve and Carol Girard planted their sustainably grown vines and began producing Benton-Lane wine in 1991.

In addition to their sinfully sexy Pinot Noir, they produce a fruity, crisp Pinot Gris, a deep, aromatic Pinot Blanc and a rich, velvety Chardonnay. Since 2005, Benton-Lane has received more Top 100 Wines of the Year for still wines than any other Oregon winery.

Stuart & Co.’s Winemaker and Fruit Finder Rob Stuart, who is the Winemaker for Big Fire Pinot Noir, Big Fire Pinot Gris, R. Stuart Vignette and Our signature O Pinot.
